1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel FetchSong Pro at any time from your Account page. When you cancel:
- you are not charged again;
- you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for;
- your account then moves to the Free plan, and your song history stays.
2. Refunds
- First purchase: if Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: renewal payments are generally not refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and have not used Pro since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we will help.
- Problems on our side: if a technical issue stopped you from using Pro, we will refund or extend your subscription.
- Your legal rights: where consumer law gives you more rights, such as a withdrawal period, those rights always apply.
We may refuse refunds where there is clear abuse, such as repeated refund requests or breaking our Terms of Service.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and tell us the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
5. Changes
If we change this policy, the version in effect on the date of your payment applies to that payment.
